Co-Action: A CUBE Co-development Program

October 2, 2020 @ 12:00 am - March 31, 2021 @ 12:00 am

Co-development is an innovative collaborative training and learning method to problem-solving based on knowledge and experience sharing. Founded on flexibility and trust, this approach requires participants to commit to identifying and examining all options, maintaining positive relationships, and supporting final decisions. This theory has been successfully delivered in other provinces such as Quebec.

Program Description

Using a collaborative approach, the CUBE Sandbox/Makerspace will deliver a 6-month interactive program designed to expose post-secondary students to co-developmental problem-solving theory. Participants will build skills in the areas of problem-solving, critical thinking, innovation, ideation, and collaboration.  They will gain a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship through the exploration of real-time industry challenges. In addition, student participants will receive a stipend for attendance.
