The Cube – NSCC Digby

As part of the Nova Scotia Sandbox Project, the Cube aims to support the development of an entrepreneurial mindset for post-secondary students, while fostering collaborative partnerships with its surrounding communities. The four Cube sites therefore offer a variety of team-building activities and problem-solving challenges on themes specific to the industries and organizations in southwest Nova Scotia.

The NSCC Digby Learning Centre location of the Cube focuses on creating opportunities for post-secondary students, industry partners, and community members to engage in activities designed to encourage collaboration, innovation, idea sharing, creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset. Working collaboratively with the three other Cube sites the Digby location highlights not only the artisanal and creative industries but also supports other areas of interest within the local area such as, but not limited to, green technologies, tourism, and fisheries.
